Ticket Purchase

• What if it's raining during an outdoor concert?

I want to buy some tickets, but where are they going to be?
Right now tickets are assigned first come first served, so buy your tickets early. We have an update coming to our ticket system so you'll be able to review your seats before completing your purchase.

I want to buy 100 tickets, but the system won't let.
For big bulk orders like that please give us a call.

I bought tickets in rows 2-5, but my tickets say row C.
 At some of our venue's row numbers are represented as letters. So if you select seats in rows 2-5 and received a ticket that says you're in row C, that then means that you're in row 3. 

Where are my tickets? I selected to have them shipped, but they haven't arrived yet.
We ship out tickets so they'll arrive at your door within two weeks of the concert. If it's two weeks before the concert and you still haven't received your tickets please give us a call.

What if it's raining during an outdoor concert?
Concerts proceed rain or shine so please come prepared for the weather.
